Tournaments may sell out before the payment date, total teams taken does include all Divisions.

USSSA Seeding is based on the following:
- Winning Percentage - Descending
- Number Wins - Descending
- Number Losses - Ascending
- Tied Teams (vs. each other) Winning Pct - Descending (Not valid if all teams have not played each other)
- Avg Points Allowed - Ascending
- Avg Points Differential with a maximum of (8) - Descending
- Ranking Points - Descending
- Date Team Entered USSSA Database
Bracket
Top seed picks home/visitor or most USSSA points if Bracket was not seeded by pool games
Except for championship game in double elimination which will be team from winners bracket

If time allows it and BOTH teams agree they can go for normal game length
In leu of an IF game, a 2 inning shootout will be played in the event of tie after the Championship game is played (2 one loss teams). Each team creates a new lineup for shootout and flips for home team. In the first inning, the last batter in the lineup is placed on 2nd base to start the inning. In the second inning, the last completed at bat is placed on 2nd. If both teams are tied at the end of the 2nd shootout inning, then Progressive ITB will start $15 PAP

FORFEITS DURING TOURNAMENT
Teams that forfeit any game during the tournament must pay all umpire fees for games not playing for both teams unless the last game of the day then must pay only their fee.

Until this is done, the results may not show as final or be correct. We do this process for each event on Monday, which may take up through midnight on Monday to completely update and reflect accurate results.
All Protests are $50 Cash, if you win your Protest you get your money back.

Texas Player Roster rules
- All players must be on the USSSA roster online Name, Date of Birth and Email
- Pick up players need to be placed on the guest player system 4 hours before the first Scheduled game of the Tournaments. (Generally 4am Saturday morning) roster for the weekend they are playing.
- A roster Protest (This does not include an AGE of a player protest) must be made before the 1st pitch of the 3rd inning. (unless TD of event picks another time frame) If a player is caught on a lineup card that is not on the USSSA online Roster or a Guest Player/Pick up list the offending team will receive a 7-0 Loss. That Player will not be eligible to play the rest of the weekend. The offending Team will not be eliminated from the tournament unless the 7-0 loss put the team out of the event.
- If a Player is on a Roster but does not have a signed COVID Waiver, she will be unable to continue playing until signed. This will NOT be a forfeit unless team does not have enough players to continue.
Teams can not accumulate USSSA points without a roster of at least 9 girls.
