Gate Fees & Tournament Refund Policies

Gate Fees — Cashless Only

Admission Policy:

Players and all children 17 & under enter free.

Early Bird Adult (advance)

  • Daily: $11
  • Weekend: $20

Early bird pricing ends Friday at 11:59 PM.

Regular Adult (at the gate)

  • Daily: $13
  • Weekend: $25

SALES Tax and service fee (processing fee, CC fee and Platform) calculated are now included in the price you see. Prices may vary based on each event but as of 3/30/26 is the current price.

Coaches’ Passes:
Managers receive a text on Wednesday with
3 free coaches’ passes that can be forwarded to other coaches on the team.

Ticket & Entry Information

  • Pre‑purchase: Save time and money by buying tickets by Friday at 11:59 PM. Pay with credit, debit, or Apple Pay.
  • Payment at the Gate: Scan the QR code at the entrance and pay on your phone.
  • Fast Entry: Your digital ticket is scanned at the gate; you’ll receive a wristband for the event.
  • Refund Policy:  No refunds after purchase day or after ticket is scanned.
  • Forwarding Tickets: You can easily forward tickets to friends and family.
  • Pro Tip: Add tickets to your Apple Wallet for fastest entry.

 

Tournament Entry Fee Refund Policy

 

Refund Deadline

NO REFUNDS after 5:00 PM Monday the week of the tournament.

 

Weather-Related Cancellation

If rain cancels the event before any games are played, teams receive a 100% refund.

 

Partial Refunds (Based on Games Played)

  • 1 Game: 75% refund (minus $50 processing fee)
  • 2 Games: 50% refund (minus $50 processing fee)
  • 3+ Games: No refund

Refund Processing

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: Processed within 7 business days of the event
  • Venmo/PayPal payments: Up to 3% transaction fee will be deducted from refund (business account fees)

No-Show Policy

If your team is scheduled to play but does not show up, you will be responsible for paying umpire fees for both teams.
